Method: register through the app

1Create Account
Start from the opening screen and tap Create Account.从首页开始，点击 Create Account（创建账号）。
2Fill In
Enter your name, email, contact number, and password.填写姓名、电邮、联络号码和密码。
3Sign Up
Tap Sign Up to complete registration.点击 Sign Up（注册）完成会员注册。

How to use the app
From the home screen, users choose Dine in, Reservation, Pick Up, or Delivery.用户可在主页选择堂食、预约、到店自取或外送服务。
Dine in
Select a store, browse the menu, add items, then choose table number and payment method.选择门店，浏览菜单并加入商品，然后选择桌号和付款方式。
Delivery

Reservation

How do old members retrieve their points?
Old members from the previous Yin's app or FeedMe membership system should register with their previously registered email and phone number to support a smooth points transition.旧 Yin's App 或 FeedMe 会员系统的旧会员，请使用之前注册的电邮和电话号码重新注册，以便积分顺利转移。
Can members still use corporate or resident discounts?
No. Customers may use either in-store discounts or app member benefits, but not both at the same time.不可以。顾客只能选择店内折扣或 App 会员福利其中一种，不能同时享有两项优惠。

What is the difference between Points and Accumulated Points?
Points are the redeemable balance customers can spend on vouchers or rewards. They include points from purchases, daily check-ins, and rewards. Accumulated Points are used for membership tier progress and count only points earned from actual purchases.Points 是可兑换余额，可用于兑换优惠券或奖励，来源包括消费、每日签到和奖励。Accumulated Points 则用于会员等级进度，只计算实际消费所获得的积分。
Membership level is based on a rolling 2-month window of Accumulated Points: the current month plus the previous month.会员等级将根据滚动 2 个月内的 Accumulated Points 计算，即当前月份加上上一个月份。
